Extraordinary hospitality!!
The people at the hotel were extremely generous and kind. They were also very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They were kind enough to move us to a quieter room with a better bed when we mentioned that we didn't sleep so well with a kid in the king bed in our first room. We had lake view rooms on both occasions. The food at the hotel is delicious and they were kind enough to cook dairy free options for me. The kids zone is well equipped with games, toys and activities for kids. My kids had a lot of fun. We felt quite pampered throughout the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay at the Trident! The level of service we received was absolutely exceptional and truly went above and beyond our expectations. During our stay, our daughter fell ill, and the entire team at Trident stepped in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. From arranging medical assistance to checking in on us regularly, they genuinely cared for our well-being and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Their compassion and thoughtfulness were unmatched. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to assist. This experience has made me a lifelong fan of Trident properties. I will absolutely stay at Trident again and highly recommend it to everyone looking for a hotel experience that combines luxury with heartfelt hospitality. there is a beautiful lake with Jal Mahal, just opposite the hotel, where I liked spending early mornings or evenings. The hotel is a short ride away from the forts and Hawa Mahal. Each of the staff members truly cared about the guest, and made sure that the stay is very comfortable. I hope to stay again.

Loved Trident. Roshan in the restaurant was brilliant, considerate, efficient and caring as I was quite sick during my stay. The porters that take your luggage are friendly and hospitable. Cannot wait to come back. Our room was garden view with a balcony. The only downfall was limited access to ste ro such other hotels provide at your own time. You don’t have to book in for it. I missed out on it. Otherwise a great stay.

A nice hotel in front of a historic landmark with a very helpful staff. The hotel itself is definitely not a 5 star hotel. At best it is a 3 stars. A large choice of breakfast items but do not expect it to be fresh. This is not your Shangri la breakfast. Got 2 nice coffee mugs with our name on it and an apology from the hotel manager. Nice
