The staff upon arrival was not very welcoming. The room smelled like cigarettes and they refused to change me to another room, the front desk woman suggested I opened the window..

I was extremely happy I was given long check out time. The security guys would get me a taxi in less than 2 minutes each time I wanted it. They would also help me to explain to them were I was going! The only thing I didn’t like is that guys could smoke and when out of the lift you here the smell.

If you are attending to any show at CNR it is great place to stay. One minute walking. Hotel itself very much outdated and area is depressing.

Site information aren’t true.

I was in Wow Istanbul with my family for 3 nights. What we found in the hotel does not correspond to what we saw on the website, for example, there was no kettle, justification from the reception was that we are in the middle of a pandemic,(hot water, coffee, tea, pandemic 🤔) the decor doesn't match, the room proves to be old and poorly renovated. The service at reception leaves something to be desired, they respond rudely. The maids are very helpful. The internet sucks. The break fast is very good. The bistro's food is good, but very few options. I don’t wanna be back again.

I like the breakfast setting . Everything available and well presented for breakfast. Hotel property very good and staff very helpful. We liked everything full stop! The area, environment, easy access to shop, public transport and cab on demand .

Conservative, old fashioned hotel, which is good and charming. The property is surrounded by security and safety barriers which makes it difficult for guest to go for an interesting walk. Very few commercial retail around this hotel. On the other hand, security is superb.
