The property is clean and tidy. There are not many dinning option near the hotel, although a 15 minute walk takes you to the centre where there are more option, be prepared to walk up steep hills. We did this mostly during the day, so not sure how safe it would be during the night as you need to walk through residential flats and locals shopping areas.

Great hotel, immaculate inside. The location around the hotel was not great and felt unsafe when walking around. The hotel do offer a free, hourley, shuttle to Taskim square which removes the requirement to walk around the area so I would not let this put you off staying there. The coffee shop is fantastic and all the staff there and the hotel were lovely and very accommodating and helpful.

We visited this hotel at the end of August for a long weekend. The group was made up of 9 guests , when booking we opted for the half board option but was very disappointed after sitting down for our evening meal on the first night . The half board offers you a set meal which doesnot change , needless to say we only ate at the hotel that first evening . There were options on the menu but this came with a surcharge . I just felt this was not clear at time of booking.

The hotel and staff were great, however, it's on a busy road and can be noisy at night. The location isn't great and although about 20 walking minutes from Taksim most of the walk is uphill going there. We had to use taxis most of the time but taxis are cheap.

The hotel is located very close to the main shopping and dining areas. There is a hotel shuttle that goes there and back to Taksim Square every hour. The staff are just amazing here so helpful and nothing is too much for them. Happy to always help with a smile. A special shout out to Yucel and Nihat for making my stay there so pleasant.
