Ottoman's Life Hotel Deluxe is in good location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and transport links. It realy has all the facilities it says it has. Very clean hotel, good food for breakfast, excellent healthy and fitness centre. The staff there were very professional, friendly and very helpful. There is nothing my wife and son didn't like in this hotel. We enjoyed evry minute of our five nights stay. Good value for money 💰 👌

Great service
After noisy guests in the room next door, the reception team were very apologetic, even though it wasnt their fault, including sending a fruit platter to our room and offering to move us. The staff were great throughout our 9 night stay, including arranging our transfers which Hotels.com don't say are available.. our return transfer being organised for a larger than usual vehicle due to the 2 cycles amongst the luggage.

Lindo hotel
Es un lindo hotel, decorado muy otomano. Nos quedamos en una senior suite amplia y cómoda. El wifi nos funcionó mal durante toda la estadía, no hay mucha gente en el hotel que hable inglés y menos español, por lo que la comunicación muy difícil. El desayuno buffet bastante bien, pero un día decidí probar las opciones turcas y terminé con una intoxicación estomacal. Si tu idea es visitar el casco antiguo, esta es una mala opción, está a 1 hora caminando y los taxis y app de taxis no funcionan bien siendo tu única opción el metro. Todos los días te llevan botellas de agua gratis y si usas edulcorantes para tus te o cafés, llévalos porque solo tienen azúcar. El hotel muy limpio y tiene un restaurante al interior, puedes tomar tours y cambiar divisas en el hotel. No tienen pesas para las maletas.
