staff was extremely friendly and helpful, had an issue with a crooked taxi driver , hotel staff stepped in to resolve it, breakfast was very good, hotel was always spotless clean , breakfast staff always go above and beyond to cater to your needs, i will definitely stay here again

I love this hotel. I care about this property. I will be honest about my advice. At breakfast, I would advise to be available until 10:30 instead of 10:00 a.m. Also, please change the juice at breakfast. It is not pleasing. One last thing; the carpet area on the 4th floor near the elevators needs some cleaning. There is a lot of staining to the area carpets.

ACCOMMODATION WAS OK, BREAKFAST A LITTLE POOR, ABOUT THE SAME THINGS EVERY MORNING. IN THE CHAPTER OF CLEANING, THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL, THE TOWELS CHANGED DAILY, THE BED LINEN FOR TWO DAYS. SAUNA, MASSAGE FOR A COST, BUT NOT EXPENSIVE. FEW PARKING PLACES, BUT YOU CAN PARK FOR A PAY ON A NEXT STREET

Centrum hotel stay
The stay was good. Area is very good. Walking distance to most places. Breakfast is good. Only problem is they do not have an iron to use just to iron sone clothes. It is so cheap dont know why they dont get one. Only other issue is that they do not have a late check out option. If needing to check out later than 12 then need to pay for full day extra. Other places I have been have like a half day payment for late check outs. But all in all a good hotel. Will stay again.
