The room was far too small for 2 people with a small wardrobe and a three-quarter bed in it. Not much room to move above. The stuff for excellent very polite.

Very Good!

The hotel is very close to tourist attractions. There are many restaurants around and places to shop. The hotel is super clean and the reception is very good. They helped us with the transportation book to and from the airport.

Great budget-friendly option

This was a great budget-friendly option for Istanbul. It's within walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions and with good public transport connections. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. The only small issue was that the bathroom had an open shower in the style of a wet room, but did not have sufficient drainage and as a result it flooded every time we showered.

Don't choose single economic room at all , because it is mostly a cage not a room . You even can't open your luggage there and the bathroom doesn't have any space to take a shower and because it is located in the backyard next to the wall , is so noisy and you can't rest because of cars and neighbors who passes there.

Very small room. extra bed cost around 750 TLR and that was terrible broken bed.. with tilted and broken leg. ceiling is like small hut.. You have to careful as you can injure your head half of the bed is only for few feet high ceiling..:)

Utterly poor. When we first came in the male receptionist who greeted us with stare looked miserable and unwilling to help with our luggage. The room was so small with two twin double beds. The AC barely cooled the room as it was placed behind a closet. The window was broken which caused hot air to enter so sleeping was uncomfortable and due to the small space. When we asked for water they said we weren’t allowed any more until the next day. They counted the bottles and only gave us 2 when we were 5 people. Although the hotel looks nice and the rooms are clean-looking, the service is poor, the location is poor due to having to walk up hills just to get to the tram and metro (1km away) and a 15 min walk to the centre. Taxis are away at the main road so you have to walk quite a bit to get one. Stayed for 3 nights and only had room service once where they didn’t even clean the bathroom. The toilet didn’t have a window. Servicer said they would do room service but did not do it when we stayed 2 nights more after they cleaned it. The breakfast looked like it was the same as the day before just putting cling film on top and putting it in the fridge. Got sick from eating it. There is also no lift. When we checked out, the same receptionist was there and he did not speak one word to us and did not say goodbye or thank you. He stared and stood there only. Would only recommend if you are a small group (2-3 people), have a small amount of luggage and don’t mind walking long distances

Property is old and small, but clean and the host are friendly and very helpfull. the ocean view from room is very great. The area is very old and crowded, but is within walking distance from restuarants, shoppings, and historical attractions

It looks much bigger and better in the pictures, I wouldn’t stay again, I stayed cuz it was a vip access hotel, but didn’t get any service, I told the stuff that I had the vip access gold, but they seems like they didn’t know nor care.
