This is my second time staying at this hotel. Everything was great. Excellent friendly Mr. Selim is very helpful. The hotel is walking distance to Blue mosque , grand bazaar and Hagia sophia mosque

The location was amazing, it was 5ibute walking distance from major attractions like The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Soul and other attractions. Plenty of restaurant options close by. The staff especially the owner was amazing, walked us through everything and all the options and guides. Would recommend buying the Bhoporous Boat tour from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay extremely, remember the hotel is old so if you ar looking for luxury this is not for you, but if you are looking for a clean, convenient and place right in the center of all attractions we highly recommend this place.

Really liked the Erguvan Hotel for its convenience, comfort and care of the staff. From arranging a trip to a heavenly Hammam, a Bosphorus night cruise, and transport to the airport made it worry free place to stay.

I stayed here for two nights and had a pleasant experience at a very good price. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful; they also gave me a free room upgrade! The hotel is situated in a great neighbourhood, close to several restaurants, shopping options, and at a walking distance to the historic sites in Sultanahmet. Highly recommend this hotel to enjoy living in a historic place!

I recently stayed at Erguvan Hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. From the start, the receptionist, Bega, was rude and dismissive, offering no help and making me feel unwelcome. The hotel advertised breakfast as included, but upon arrival, I was informed of an additional 6-euro charge per person per day. This deceptive practice was frustrating, and the process of taking plates to the reception to pay before returning to the fourth floor to eat was inconvenient and stressful. The room was a major letdown. It was small, dimly lit, and poorly maintained. There was only one bedside table, and the fridge didn’t work. The cleanliness was appalling, with hair all over the bedding. Basic amenities like toilet paper and soap were missing, and the tiny bin could only hold one bottle. The view from the room was also terrible, with windows facing a 3-meter wall, making the space feel claustrophobic. Additionally, despite being advertised, there was no safe, which left me uneasy about the security of my belongings. Due to these issues, we were forced to change hotels, disrupting our trip. The poor service, false advertising, and uncomfortable conditions made staying at Erguvan Hotel unbearable. I strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere to avoid the frustration and disappointment I experienced. This hotel fails to meet even basic standards of hospitality and comfort.

The hotel and staff was exceptional and friendly. I would advice to anyone planning to stay here, please do not bring your car because area surrounding the hotel offers very limited parking spots and it’s difficult to drive around. Sultanehmet mosque, Hagia sophia, Topkapi palace and food places are walking distance and easy.

A Delightful Stay with Great Value
My stay at Erguvan Hotel was wonderful. The hotel offers great value for money. The breakfast was delicious, with a stunning view of the sea from the breakfast hall. The bathroom was spacious and featured a bathtub, which was a nice touch.

Very nice, reasonably priced inn right by the Blue Mosque and close to the waterfront. Excellent location, clean and cosy room, helpful staff. Didn't try the breakfast but it was available for a small fee.

The hotel is fine and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The only issue is that the air conditioner didn't work, which in July made things very uncomfortable.

Room was provided on terrace and it was no where close to image. fridge was not working and they did nothing for it, cleaning staff did not cleaned the room nor they changed the bed sheets. I had a sprain in my ankle, but I was forced to take stairs from 3rd floor and was told that “in your booking we can give you either double bed or twin and we will give double bed to a couple so the only option is twine on terrace which you have to take” their was no dressing mirror in room, lights were too dim and it was impossible to get ready as bathroom mirror had extremely dim light. When I asked to change room with all the problems I had…. I was told that I am finding reasons and they won’t do it. There was no place to keep soap in shower. We had to come out of shower to grab soap from basin. All ok all I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
