My husband and I stayed in a deluxe Bosphorus bridge view room on the 10th floor for 2 nights. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The staff were helpful and the room price was reasonable. The hotel is close to many restaurants. The Bosphorus yacht cruise (Velena Travel) recommended by the concierge was great. We also enjoyed the delicious Turkish coffee and sweets which were served while we were waiting for a taxi to the airport after checking out. Thank you. I would definitely recommend Divan if you want to stay in Istanbul’s New City.

Loved that each area was scented and each smell was amazing. The spa facilities were free to use and you are provided with a towel, slippers and soap if you wanted to use the hammam. You could also pay for a therapist if you wanted

Not worth the price: low ceiling, inconvenient breakfast hours, no coffee machine, breakfast room super busy and you have to ask for coffee and proteins, security frame at the entrance beeping with no reason as they are not really checking people, revolving door hardly working, nice interior and clean space, nice front desk staff however the concierge was unhelpful.
