My partner and I spent 4 nights in the junior suite with balcony at this hotel and had a great time overall. The room decor and appliances are updated despite being in an old building. The location is at the heart of the Galata Tower area, with many dining options, historic charm, and friendly neighborhood cats on cobblestone streets right downstairs! Only major issue was that when it rained the ceiling was leaking a bit on the top floor, but management accommodated us appropriately. Also, WiFi was weak and inconsistent on the top floor. Comfortable bed, beautiful view of the Galata Tower from the balcony, good water pressure in the bathroom, working AC, generally nice comforts in a historic part of town.

The hotel itself is really nice. The front desk staff is very helpful and also has a coffee shop inside that is great. Location wise you are close to the galata tower and transportation to most places is cheap with Uber.

We had a pleasant stay at the Wilson Galata hotel. The area is really charming with all of the vintage shops and restaurants. Its a safe and peaceful environment where it also has good vibes at night. I really recommend the place where everything is really nearby.

The location is close to Galata Tower, on a quiet and pretty street. There are a few supermarkets within a 3-minute' walk, and it is easy to catch a bus or tram. It is a very convenient location to explore Istanbul. The staff were very helpful and helped us book a taxi to the airport as we had an early flight.

What an excellent find. Unreal location, comfy room and it was very quiet, yet in the heart of it all. The coffee shop downstairs is fantastic and great coffee. The staff are great and there’s someone on the desk 24 hrs a day. Highly recommend

Clean big rooms and located in a quiet street 1 minute from galata. The only thing I’ll call out is that the bathroom shower door needs to be changed up as it is getting rusty- otherwise I was happy with my stay and would definitely stay again!
