Hotel Central offers 87 accommodations with minibars and safes. Each accommodation is individually decorated. Beds feature premium bedding. Flat-screen televisions come with cable channels. Bathrooms include bathtubs or showers, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Hypo-allergenic bedding and irons/ironing boards can be requested. Cribs/infant beds (surcharge) are also available. Housekeeping is provided daily. Renovation of all guestrooms was completed in April 2020.

This was a great place in a great location with super friendly staff. The room was perfect. I travelled with my son and the split level with a bathroom on each floor gave us each our privacy. Loved that. The spa was a nice bonus as well. The breakfast was well-stocked and delicious. There was no coffee machine in the room. That was a surprise. But there are so many pastry/coffee shops nearby, including the hotel’s breakfast buffet and a la carte restaurant that it wasn’t a real issue. But the bigger surprise and the only downside to this hotel was that they allow dogs. We had a dog barking in the room in front of us our whole stay.

Perfect Hotel at the heart of a beautiful city.
We loved this hotel immediately when we arrived. Our room was lovely, great views and comfortable. Unfortunately our first night we were informed that a hurricane had flooded our Florida home and we were forced to cut our vacation short. The staff was wonderful in accomodating our needs and our change in plans. We will return one day to finish our stay in Innsbruck, and we'll stay at Hotel Central. It truly is in the heart of the city and we rode the Hotel's free ebikes around for a while. We were sad to leave the hotel and the City early, but we'll be happy to return as soon as we can.
