Horrible cleaning service, every day towels were taken, but not replaced and when we asked for extra we were given the ones you placed on the floor. For breakfast I was publicly embarrassed when they asked why we had 4 people having breakfast if the room just came with breakfast for 2, I told them I was going to pay for the extras, that I didn't have a problem with that, but the worst part is that, I was not told in a lower voice or in private. Also, we requested to extend our stay and it was a mess, totally disorganized, when I asked for my room key, I found out I had no room, and all my luggage was left in the room per their request. I have never had such a bad experience with a Marriott until now. Hopefully my stay at the Marriott in Italy won't be like this one.

Excellent hotel
Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Close to the train station and the centre of Innsbruck. The room is big enough with everything you need! Comfortable beds, AC, lovely big bathroom. We had breakfast one morning but it is quite expensive given the food choices. Overall would recommend this hotel!

The shower is hazardous. There is half a glass as a shield, the tub is too high, and the floors are slippery even with a towel placed on the floor. Not an idea “standard” shower for any guest.

Great hotel. Central,very clean and great service.
Lovely, clean hotel and just a few minutes walk from the train station. The reception staff are all friendly and professional. We had an issue with the sink, in our bathroom, but it was fixed very quickly. We were travelling as a family of three but our room only had two of everything (towels; glasses; etc) so we had to ask for more of those. I think that seems to be the standard set up, in hotels, these days. I think if a family of three or four have booked in, the set up of the room should reflect the number of people staying. As mentioned though, this was quickly rectified at this hotel. If you are thinking of staying Innsbruck, this hotel is great. It’s close to some great restaurants and the main street. Getting around on the buses and trams are also easy and close by.
