I want to like to rate this property better, it is a nice hotel. The hot breakfast is wonderful! The convent snack store by the front desk is very convenient! The room was very nice. However it took 40 minutes for check in due to their computer not recognizing the expedia reservation. The maid service walked in on my 16 yr old daughter which freaked her out. The front desk called because they didn’t know when I was checking out. I was trying to do some work on my laptop at the desk, the lights kept flickering. The WiFi was not very good. The tv had a short in it. Nice hotel just some aggravating amenities.
