Terrible experience
The breakfast that was supposed to be included was not. There was a sign saying it would restart the weekend AFTER my stay. The hot tub was one of the reasons we booked but it s was under construction. One is the elevators stopped working the second day of our stay, and on the first stay the system crashed. I was lucky to get checked in but others were unable to check in or even get a key card made for their rooms

We are low on finances and the $100 deposit was a surprise. Then to find out it takes days to get refunded. That is our only complaint. We could really use that refunded deposit before a week later

I checked in late but there were no issues at all. I had a handicapped assessable room and was well-pleased with the tub. I have never seen so many grab bars in one bath/shower. I will stay again when in the area.

Other reviews had me worried, but due to location and price we decided to try this hotel anyway. This hotel was clean and in a great 'safe feeling' location (it's surrounded by a business park). The only thing I could find to 'complain' about would be the light fixture in the corner was dusty; that does not bother me. What I care about: that the bathroom and beds were clean top to bottom, and they were. The front desk didn't give the normal hotel amenities and hours spiel, but she was to the point and pleasant. We would stay here again.

The Medina's
Our stay was for two nights. We found the hotel staff to be exceptional, helpful, and kind in all areas of staffing and management. They bent over backward to meet all of our needs. We want to recognize Ashley, Danyelle, and Sian for their wonderful service to my wife and me. They made our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel to others.

A nice place on the northside
The check-in was fine. The hotel is on the older side but has been reasonably maintained. The room was very comfortable, with a well-lit workspace and a large TV.
