Room was not ready a few hours after check in. A lot of upset customers in the lobby after check in, all waiting for rooms. The shower was dirty and the comforter had stains on it. The breakfast was $22 for 3 items in the buffet and it was honestly kind of gross. This was just not a great experience with Sheraton and we would book somewhere else next time.

I liked the friendliness of the staff when I was checking into the hotel. I like the parking garage that made it easy to access the hotel, and have my car protected from the elements. I was confused with the elevator until another guest showed me to use my key in order to get the elevator to move. That may have been explained at checkin, but I don't remember hearing it.

Enjoyed our stay, room had bit of an odd smell when you first walked in, you have to pay for parking if you want to stay closer to the hotel which did not like that very much. Other then that have no complaints room was clean staff was very helpful and friendly. Room service was fast and food was good. Will stay here again if we ever happen to be back in the area.
