Was everything we needed. A very spacious house with a great fence and an amazing neighborhood.

Good location for metro Indianapolis stay
Our visit to Indy was great and the house was totally fine. A few hosting things made were frustrating when we came in later in the day with two small kids: no towels outside of the linen closet upstairs (had to discover this after washing dishes, washing hands, etc.), no body wash (although there was shampoo and conditioner) and no dish soap. Communication with host was great as was checking in and out.

Nice location and neighborhood.
This property worked great for us while We visited family in Fishers. If you are big coffee drinkers you may need to bring your own maker as the hotel size, two-cup pot doesn’t exactly provide the volume for caffeine addictions. :)

Would Not Stay Again!
Property was not cared for and it showed. Back yard fence falling apart. Big pile of sticks and brush in back corner. Screens torn on screened porch. Leaves from the fall still on furniture on screened porch. Carpet in house was old and not nice. NO CURTAINS or blinds on first floor. Neighbors on one side had home that looked abandoned but people lived there...scary! Positive was downstairs bathroom and upstairs guest bathroom. Both remodeled. The sheets on bed were so awful it was hard to sleep. Paper thin and slick. Would never stay here again.

Perfect home for us
We needed a house to rent while our home was under construction. This house was 4 miles from home and allowed us easy access with a fenced yard for our dog. Our project took a little longer than expected and the owner was so helpful in providing flexibility on entry and exit. He was also really helpful with technology questions for garage entry/TV, etc. The house is really comfortable. The Master is very spacious with a great bath. The kitchen was very complete. Great neighborhood, great neighbors. All-around great stay. Thank you, William!
