We were in the area {2 miles away) for a bowling tournament with our two grandchildren. Friendly, right off the interstate. Clean, and comfortable. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, pork sausage links, French toast strips. Would like to have some oats

Furnace not up to the task
Seems that their furnace needs replacing. Surprised of significantly frigid air each time prior to heat starting. It made the time in the room very uncomfortable. The cold air woke us up throughout the night.

It was all good except no hot water in my room. I got in at 1:30 am—too late to do anything. In the morning, I informed the desk. They were very nice but I had to leave and the maintenance person wasn’t due until 10 am. It’s a nice place, good location. Excellent staff excellent breakfast, but this was the one downside of my stay.

We had a very early morning flight, so we stayed here to be close to the airport and get a good sleep. The room we were given was right next to the elevator making it noisy the whole night with the lift 's sound. Over that everytime the heater went on it felt like a car driving by....terrible experience...We picked Hyatt thinking things like this will never happen.

I liked that it was a clean hotel. The staff were nice and helpful. I did not like hearing the airplanes flying during the nights. I enjoyed meeting pilots and co-pilots coming to stay at the hotel. I wish the mattresses were firm and not soft (hurt my back a little bit). Good experience overall.
