Welcome to Whitetail Retreat, the perfect family or group get-away! This beautiful five-bedroom, four
bath one story luxury cabin is located near the main highway, attractions, entertainment, Broken Bow
Lake, and Beavers Bend State Park in Timber Creek Trails. Minutes away from local highlights Girls Gone
Wine, Mountain Fork Brewery, and more. The new Local 259 Market is a short 11 minute walk for your
grocery or prepared food needs. Local food trucks set up at Local 259 for a variety of close options.
Comfortably sleeping 13, this is the perfect get away for large families or groups. The circular dive in the
front is great for those headed to the lake with boats or jet skis with plenty of parking for all guests and
their toys.
A huge, vaulted ceiling welcomes you into the warmly appointed open living space. Enjoy the warmth of
the gas fireplace while relaxing on the reclining leather couches, catching up with friends and family or
watching the big game. The open concept through to the fully stocked kitchen and serving bar is perfect
for social gatherings of any size. The beautiful handmade dining room table is perfect for large
gatherings.
The cabin features four suites with ensuite baths plus a bunk room. The Master suite features a king
size bed and huge corner soaking tub with separate shower in the ensuite bath. All other suites are
equipped with queen beds. The fifth bedroom is equipped with twin bunk beds plus trundle
comfortably sleeping three, perfect for kids and teens. A Pack n Play and highchair are available for
those traveling with littles also. A full-size futon adds additional capacity in one of the bedrooms. Each
bedroom is equipped with its own TV with Dish Satellite TV service. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for
those who just cannot fully disconnect. Kids of all ages will enjoy the retro arcade in the bunk room.
Cabin is also stocked with variety of games.
Step outside onto the spacious deck, soaking in the approx. 1 acres of tree lined woods with creek bed
running along the edge of the property ready to explore. New for 2023, come relax on the creek side
hammock among the trees. Grill up your favorite meal, soak in the hot tub, or relax by the fire pit
perfect for making smores and memories. Firewood is provided for stays October through March. Kids
will have a blast on the playground, playing tetherball, or gaga ball.

Cabin Feel
The cabin was overall very nice and had everything we needed. The main complaint we had is all of the mattresses were terrible and no one slept well the entire visit. I would recommend upgrading so your guests rest well. The smoke detector went off and I notified the host, but never received a response, so we took it down. The roads were a little rough getting to the cabin.

The property was perfect for our group of 10, adults and children they had a great time exploring, playing on the swing set, hammock, fire pit and hot tub for sure. The kitchen is full with pots and pans etc literally just have to bring food. Thank you for the ease of booking etc!

House was okay. Incorrect information was given about the grill (charcoal or gas) so when time came to cook steaks didn’t have charcoal. Cleaning crew needs to be evaluated and maybe fired. Dryer had 1+inches of lint in trap, ceiling fans dirty, tile in the master bath buckled, couldn’t find chlorine for hot tub. Management did respond and maintenance came quickly. These cabins are a dime a dozen so it’s the little things that set you apart. Broken Bow was extremely crowded and not ready for all the building and expanding that’s happening.

Beautiful location
Only issue we had was the mattresses are terrible. About like sleeping on straw. I had to leave early due to back pain from lack of support. Everything else was fantastic! Beautiful and spacious fully stocked kitchen, lots of seating in the dining and living areas, hot tub was hot and clean! Would recommend to everyone who doesn’t need a nice mattress to sleep on!

We had 4 couples and and 4 kids, having a bathroom in each bedroom is almost a must when traveling with multiple families. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The back deck was covered in leaves (I know it's that time of year) but the leaves were so deep that an old, faded box for outdoor lighting was buried in there so the box had been there a little while....that wasn't a days worth leaves. They were piled around the hot tub and the water was still hot when we pulled the lid off so I'm not sure the cleaning crew really drained and refilled it like they say they do. Noticing that, I checked the ground and it wasn't wet like you'd expect it to be if a hot tub had been drained there a few hours earlier. We added chlorine and hoped for the best and nobody had any issues after being in it. They also have cornhole boards but they have been left outside so many times that the edges are splintered and curled up to the point they're not usable so bring your own if you want to play. Other than wondering if they actually cleaned the hot tub and thinking they need to take a leaf blower to the back deck once in a while the cabin was great for our needs and we'd rent it again.

The house itself and the location were nice but pictures gave a false impression of a large open area around the house. One of the air conditioners was not working so some of the family had an uncomfortable night on Friday and Saturday.

Love the layout
Cabin is beautiful inside and I love the layout of the cabin, all on one floor. I love that 3 of the 5 bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The road is a bit rough getting to the cabin. The hot tub was very nice but it had dirt, leaves and bugs in it. The outside decks and windows needed cleaning, along with a couple small things inside. That is why I could only give 3 stars for cleanliness. The sheets on the master king bed were old and elastic stretched out. So I had to keep getting up to fix the fitted sheet during the night, which was a little annoying. We had issues with most of the TV's, which two were fixed the following day. Also previous renters had left the cornhole game sitting out and bean bags left in a bucket of water. The cover for grill was left laying over rail of the back deck and had cobwebs on it. The grill was very dirty and needed to be cleaned before we could use it. The management compensated me for the issues and were good to contact me back. I rented this for my sister and her family along with mine to spend Mother's Day with our Mother. It is very pretty there and not far from Hochatown. We enjoyed our time there relaxing and visiting with each other.

Very nice, provided plenty of space and privacy. Cabin was nicely appointed and clean. Only negative was porch and deck areas had been neglected. Had not been swept or cleaned in a while. Lots of leaves and cobwebs. Chairs and outdoor table were really dirty and had to be wiped down. Overall, very nice and would recommend.
