Property was clean, staff was nice. but after a long day with aircraft issues, delays and not being able to pick up our rental car it would have been nice to settle into a comfortable room for the night. The room was clean, but we were instantly hit with the smell of wet dog when we opened the door. The room smelled like someone shampooed the interior of a car on a hot sunny day and then shut the doors.

I don't like the fact that I paid $100 deposit with my debit card on September 28th and checked out the 29th. It's November 9th and I still haven't received my deposit back. I keep calling them and they aren't trying to do anything about it. I do not recommend staying here. They are going to rob you of your deposit.

I was surprised that, during rush hour, it tok my 90 minutes to get back to the hotel after leaving the George Brown Convention Center, which was less than 10 miles away. Two other days I did it in 30 min.

On 10/24/24 My daughter and I enjoyed our stay.Room was nice and fully clean. Staff were very friendly. As far as breakfast we didn’t get a chance to check it out, due to we over slept. They provided a good line up of cable channels. The only thing they need is to change the carpet and put plank flooring and paint. The room is big. I do recommend traveler to book your room with Hotels.com for The quality Inn in Katy, TX
