The first room i had was infested with roaches, but the second room was actually really clean and tidy. I think they should do a better job inspecting the rooms before renting them out.

I was evacuated from hurricane Ida and my kids and I where they are it was hard getting towels it was all so hard getting toiletries it was just like as if we were stealing things so I had to go out to the store and buy towels extra towels I could not believe the way that they were like harping on us giving back towels blankets sheets I didn't need that I didn't want that

Roaches and flies the blanket was dirty the sheets had cigarette hikes it was just a mess I couldn't even go to sleep I was completely uncomfortable I left way before check out time
