Overall average hotel. Room would not cool down because no vent in the bedroom area, rather in the common space around the sofa. Had a weird smell to the room. Breakfast was good, staff was nice. Convenient location in sugar land.

Great location
Overall great location, very clean and staff helpful unfortunately our room lacked hot water and I had to shower with very cold water. But other than that the stay was a good one.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The place is very nice and clean. There is a beautiful lake in the back of the hotel with a beautiful view. Staff was friendly and fulfill all of our request for housekeeping. Just need to upgrade their breakfast options other than that it was a good experience staying at Hyatt.
