we had the most amazing time here! The service was amazing from start to finish and the best part was the free shuttle that took us back and forth to our event at the Toyota center! I cannot believe how amazing and easy this was and I will definitely be coming back here!

Hotels.com needs to be more clear that this property only takes MAJOR credit cards for incidentals. Refused all 3 debit cards and wouldn’t accept cash as a last resort. I didn’t receive a refund of the 200$ and had to book somewhere else last minute

Our experience at the Holiday Inn was extremely disappointing. After driving all night, we arrived at 4:00 am, only to find out that the check-in window closed at 3:00 am—something we were never informed of, either by email or any other communication. Despite having a reservation, they refused to check us in and even attempted to charge us double the rate for a room. It was the last thing we needed after such a long journey. The customer service was also poor; every call we made was redirected with no resolution. Even 24 hours later, we’ve heard nothing from either Expedia or IHG, and they are refusing to issue a refund. I would recommend saving your money and avoiding this hotel.
