We put our do not disturb sign on our door to avoid being interrupted by housekeeping to keep our baby from waking up, but they knocked anyway to ask for service...twice. our son woke up, and our morning was ruined bc we wanted to sleep in.

Check in was 3pm, I get there at 3:15 and am told it will be 30-45 minutes before we will get a room. Mind you, we need the room to get ready for something we have at 5:30. We go do our makeup in the car. We go back to the front desk 45 minutes later and am told it will be another 30-45 minutes. Now we move to the lobby restroom so we can do our hair and finish getting ready for our event we’re going to. Once we finish that we go to the front desk and go to check in and am told it shows we’ve already been checked in. We then tell them we were not and have no received our room keys. The lady had to make a call to see what has happened and come to find out the man checked us in and put the room cards on the desk somewhere but didn’t let a coworker know about it. We finally make it to our room around 445 and need to finish getting ready so we can leave and we ended up being 45 minutes she to our event.

Overall a very comfortable stay
The bathroom kinda smelled moldy. Meant to tell them that. The card stopped working all the time. Went through about 8 or 9 cards. The clerk said it was due to The Microsoft fiasco? Trying to get out of the parking lot last day card wouldn't work and finally had to go inside. Told to use other exit, still took a while to get out. Not enough hooks to hang towels and clothes on in bathroom. Also, had to ask twice for rxtra towels. However, on the plus side the room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The bathroom counter was big enough to hold mine and my husband's stuff with room left over.

Great Stay, comfortable beds!
We had a wonderful stay, the parking garage was sometimes a problem when trying to leave but other than that we had a great experience. The security guy overnight was very friendly. We will definetly stay here on our next trip!
