Enjoyed my stay however the black guy from night shift made me feel like I was bothering him when I asked him questions about my stay, you shouldn’t be in a service industry if you have no patience, also It was my time there.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and as a woman I felt safe walking into the parking lot at night by myself. The lobby smelled very nice. We enjoyed the very clean heated pool. I have stayed here twice and will not hesitate to come back a third time when needed.

Check-in was 3pm but the room was not available/ready until 3:53pm and the clerk did not offer anything to compensate the delay. As a Marriott facility we were expecting a better treatment/accommodation.
