NO elevators: Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down stairs. This unit is on the 2nd floor. Also, this is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen. There is a door that separates the bedroom from the living room.

NO parking: Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area. (NO pool, NO parking and NO elevators)

Perfect Location
The place was neat and very convenient. The sliding door seemed like it was a thousand years old. I had to use all my energy and tricks to slide it open. The lamps had a lot of dust on them. It would be more convenient if you could provide at least one load of detergent.

Amazing time
Thank you for giving us a great place to stay on our first visit to Hawaii. Such a great location. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Located in a perfect place - close to beach and everything happening in Waikiki. Only recommendation I have is for people who want to cook maybe you could have tin foil or parchment paper available.

This condo was perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 2 toddlers). Only a 5 min walk to the beach and direct access to all things downtown. The condo was exactly like the pictures. The reviews mentioned that it was noisy but we didn’t experience any noise, even with the food trucks all out front of the building. We would for sure stay here again

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful experience. The place was very cute, clean, neat and cozy! Felt very homie and had everything we needed. The check in process was very simple. No need to talk to any front desk person. Make sure you don’t forget both keys that are provided or else you can’t get in thru the 2 gates. Luckily a nice man let us in on one of the days because the office was already closed. But that was our fault. For parking, we parked our car at the Banyan Hotel around the corner for a low rate. Also, there are 4 food trucks right outside Cabana. The food is amazing for each one! Highly recommend the hot dog and pineapple from the yellow truck! So goooood!!!! Will def be recommending this place to place to any friends and family. Very affordable and worth it! We made the right choice! Thank you so much! :) -Maya and Darren

Anniversary trip in Waikiki
This was our 1st time to Oahu. This unit is a great location for walking to everything in Waikiki and Honolulu. We had a small issue when we first checked in as there was no key fob to the gate for access in and out of the complex but it was quickly fixed as we were brought a new key fob immediately. The communication and response was very prompt. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Oahu!

Nice location and clean "homey" feel
We had a great time at this location. The place is home like, not resort and stale. The packing/organizing and designing maximizes the space. Bummer: no parking. But everything is a plus, AC. Second floor can get muggy and warm. TV and access for relaxing. Location is great. Host keeps in good contact. Bed is super comfy. Bar/breakfast area is good. We did hear a continuous shrieking outside and many resorts are nearby so expect some noise. :) overall: cool place and we're thankful

Great Location
Nice stay. Good location by zoo and park for walks in the morning and close to beaches. AC was sufficient for this room. Walk in shower was good and kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes and refrigerator. Patio downstairs was nice for morning coffee.ABC stores nearby as well as a Starbucks and McDonald’s for those interested. Recommend to rent a car through Turo and store it in the garage at Waikiki Banyan weekly rate just two blocks away. Early morning swims at the Historic Royal Hawaiian Resort beach recommended. Visit Waimamalo beach is a must! About an half hour drive with scenic lookout points in the way. Visit the macadamia nut farm for coffee samples and souvenirs. Hike DiamondHead and the more aggressive Coco Head. Jump off a 20-25 foot rock at north shores Waimea beach. Sunset beach is near there for nice sunsets. A great Hawaiian shaved ice place is right around the corner as well as a gelato cafe here by the room. Cheeseburger in Paradise had the best cheeseburger although I wanted to try Wolfgang Pucks Express cheeseburger down the road. I did try Teddys Bigger Burgers and they were ok. Fries were abundant. A great bakery on the top floor of the international market place Lilahs I think it’s called is the best I had. See the Rock a Hula Legends in Concert show nearby at the Royal Hawaiian shopping center. I ran into the guy playing Elvis on the street and had a brief chat! Enjoy your stay.

Perfect for couples!
This Vrbo was perfect for myself and my partner. Very close to Waikiki beach, lots of food and bar options (especially since there are 5 food trucks right out front), and lots of pick up locations for tours and buses. Upon arriving I was not expecting much, but after entering the room it surpassed my expectations. The only down side was that you can clearly hear all noise coming from the street. We’re heavy sleepers so it didn’t bother us too much, but if you are not, I don’t think this place is for you. Highly recommend for young couples.

The stay was great, the checkout was not
Everything was great during the stay! The place was just as pictured and the location was awesome!. The handle in the shower was lose but once I understood how the shower worked, it was easily manageable. The reason I’m leaving less than 5 stars is because of the check out process. Not the actual checking out process but rather how it was handled by the staff. Per the check out details listed, checkout time is between 10-10:30am. The day of checkout, I went on a sunrise hike early in the morning and was back by 8am to finish packing. When we returned, there was a large garbage bag in the apartment with our apartments number on it. So someone clearly has been in the apartment while we were gone. Despite it being HOURS before checkout. Then at 9:30, while I was finishing up packing, someone knocked at the door and before I could even make it to the door, they were already coming in. The whole situation was very upsetting especially the fact that someone was in the apartment when we were not. A place I had my belongings and valuables held.

Convient location
Room was nice however the couch in the kitchen is not very comfortable when watching tv. When I booked the condo it stated that check in time was 3 pm and check out was at 11. However when we got instruction on how to excess the condo it was noted that we could not check in before 3:30 and check out was before 10:30, so not sure of why the time change. The entry way and parking that you have to walk through could be more kept up. Location excellent for walking and public transportation.

Great place and location
We loved this place! From checking in (super easy) to the actual rental! Exactly what the online listing said it was. Clean and super close to the ABC store, restaurants and the beach. It was myself, my husband and two kids in one rental and my daughter and her friends in a rental 3 doors down. Entrance was in an alley but felt super safe as there were always people walking through there and you had to go through security gates. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever lucky enough to go back to Hawaii.

I found this place and would recommend it to anyone going to HI. Best location, easy directions and access to so much. Beach one block away, great food trucks around and only a few miles from Safeway. Best decision I’ve made in a really long time! Highly recommend.

Our family so appreciated this condo for our vacation. The space was exactly as described. It was recently updated, in an awesome location close to everything, and very clean. The communication from the owners was clear and often. We highly recommended this for families of 4 or less.
