First, the staff who work here were excellent and very friendly. They were helpful and made us feel welcome. There is no self parking at this property, and if you have a vehicle your only real option is valet parking, which is $50 per night. Finding this property was also a bit difficult for us as the signs are small and we didn’t realize there was no where to pull into, you literally just pull over on the side of the street. There were little to no amenities here besides water in the lobby. Even the free coffee for 2 hours in the morning was not well stocked and not good tasting. The location is great though so it’s a quick and easy walk to many coffee shops, food places, and the beach…which is why we were there. For a decent priced place to sleep, it wasn’t bad and I did give 4 stars for that. It felt clean and well decorated and we felt safe there, traveling as two females together.

Great Hotel, Clean, Convenient, Friendly staff. I would have given it 5/5 stars… However, one of the elevator doors smashed agains my arm as I was entering. I did not bring this up to management as I was short on time. However, I’m a big guys and I’m still sore and someone smaller or older could have seriously gotten hurt. I would strongly advise for the hotel to look into the sensors in their elevators. Thanks.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The location is perfect. Very close to everything Waikiki has to offer but felt like you left the busyness when you got back to the hotel. Will definitely recommend to anyone staying in Waikiki.

The staff embarrassed us, threatening to charge a cleaning fee when the room had no damage or was not left dirty. We had an issue with a rental car that was unrelated to the room.

Hotel is very clean and smells wonderful. Staff is super friendly and helpful, they even upgraded our room because it was available! Interior deco is modern- conservative, looks very new and clean. 2 minutes walk to Waikiki beach and restaurants. Complimentary beach chairs towels snorkeling gear and floaters and boards made our trip very enjoyable and convenient. By the way Lyft and Uber rides are very convenient here and no wait. Highly recommend this place for families and couples.
