Three Night Stay
One of the elevators was out of service which made it challenging to get up and down quickly especially with luggage. The day we needed airport transport there were so many people waiting and not enough shuttles to get us there on time. The front desk did however, order some taxis to help get us all to the airport at their cost. I think it may help to have people sign up at reception for the airport transport so the hotel would know before hand how many people would need transport and could plan accordingly. Breakfast was very good with so many choices. I need dairy free options so I’d suggest having a dairy free milk for coffee and cereals and perhaps cook the scrambled eggs without milk. The pool area was nicely set up as well. This hotel is still a good choice for being close to the airport.

If you need to spend a night close to airport between two flights - this hotel is what you need. The staff are extremely friendly. The condition of the hotel can be better, but it does the job.

Staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was good. Our room was comfortable and clean. Loved having a free shuttle. Be sure to tip! The only negative I have is the viaduct above our room, quite noisy at times Overall just fine for a quick stopover

Being a solo woman traveler, safety is No. 1 for me. I felt completely safe. The shuttle was amazing - I think I waited all of 10 minutes to be picked up from the airport and less than that to return to the airport. They stored my luggage until I could check in and I found an IHOP nearby to grab something to eat. The free breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is super close to airport so that is convenient. The secured parking area has no security. The gate was unlocked at all times. The room was dirty. The door was constantly sticking. It was soooooo noisy. That is largest complaint. Our room faces the interstate and you hear allt he noise all. Night. Long. The breakfast was okay....we only went 1x and we went near closing so limited options by the time we got there. We had a short stay in Oahu but had we been there more than 2 nights, we would taken the loss and stayed elsewhere. All that being said, the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Close to airport with a free shuttle. Older property with updated features. V comfortable beds, good shower, adequate storage space, quiet though near highway, pool. Hot breakfast and cold options. Was able to get a later checkout and could check in a half hour before 3pm checkin time.

Bathtub wasn’t drain. Air conditioning is very noisy. They tried to charge everything extra for no reason. I booked the room thru hotel.com. I don’t know this room don’t have the elevator. I can’t carry my luggage to my room on 2nd floor, they charged me $20 extra to have room with elevator. They told me that room was assigned by hotel.com???
