It was my first time visiting the area and I chose this hotel because all the fancier hotels in Waikiki were VERY expensive. The only negative was that my room was on the 7th floor with a good view of the local Freeway. Otherwise, this hotel was probably the best value for the money, and the staff were very helpful.

Helpful staff. Saved m money on a ride to Ala Moana shopping center. Instead of getting a Lyft or Uber ($25), they pointed out the bus stop down the street ($3). Clean and comfortable room. Great hot full breakfast in the morning, free. Free airport shuttle. Would stay here again.

The rooms were kept clean. False advertisement regarding the amenities. Ice machine was out of order, the lounge was closed all day and night and no food room service. The morning shift was downright rude like they don't enjoy working, snubbish and rude. Never, ever again will I book there.
