The breakfast begins at 7:30am instead of 6:30am which is stated at the information page. The shower area is too small with curtain always flow to you.

Great location but hotel room size is very small and only okay for 1pax stay. Decent amenities but strange that the cups came without any spoon. Requested for fork/spoon from guest service was not fulfilled. Disappointed in this area. Got to bring along utensils in case you wish to dine inside the room. Only 2 lobby lifts service the entire building so got to wait awhile during the peak period hours. Otherwise the stay is pleasant. Will likely revisit but hope the service can further improved next time.

Always checked in to this hotel every time we visit HK, would have been nicer if the hotel staff improve on their service through constant smiles to develop rapport. They seem tired all the time. I NEVER see them smile nor show interest in customer support. Good hotel though a bit old but hopefully customer service should improve.

You can catch the A11 Airport bus to the Ibis with your Octopus card for $41 HK dollars. Convenient from the airport and when you go back catch the same bus. Harbour City is opposite and you can eat at lots of restaurants and shop there for groceries.

it's my 3rd trip for the year, and renovation is still ongoing; hopefully, when I return in August, I'll have a better harbour view room. it would help if you have a more friendly customer service. a simple smile and warm welcome would go a long way, especially for tourists like us. May I also suggest that drinking water be provided to clients, we can bring our bottle to refill at your restaurant on the 2nd level; that would even boost your customer service.

So far i dont like the no plastic rules they dont give out water anymore. If plastic is not allowed better think of glass bottle to be considerate. Water is life

Room is ok, not super clean u see some spot or dirt mark on wall. Bathroom some rust on the equipment. mold/midew on the shower cube wall. But again u got what u pay for.
