I have a few concerns with Charterhouse Hotel. 1. They don’t provide bottles of drinking water like every other hotel does. That is outrageous. 2. Checkout is 11:00 am. Inconvenient and too early. 3. They charged me twice for a one-day stay. I have to wait two weeks for a refund, and if I don’t receive it I need to take further action.

Cheap is not good and good is not cheap!
It is an old hotel that needs urgent attention for renovating. The only thing that you are given is new sheets, towels and body soap! Nothing else!! I caught the chek in clerk hand coping the back of my credit card. I yelled at him and snatched my card back off him. He couldn’t explain to me why he did it. 😬🙄

Unaccommodating. Purchased wrong hotel the day of check-in. Request a cancellation TEN minutes after booking, willing to accept the fees for first night because it already happened but the hotel denied the cancellation for the rest of the booking. Did not offer any other type of resolution other than, "Sorry, can't do it".

I loved the hotel over all but wasn’t a fan of the old rooms that was old with furniture, equipment and etc. the staff was fantastic and shopping and restaurant are near. But most of all the gym in the hotel and down the street paid off for me.

They offered used and torn Towels. Room Tarrif was 650 HKD. Using Soap Cake as in Cheap hotels. I had been to Shenzhen the days in Hanyoung Hotel it was in 450 RMB and far-far luxurious. Never stay in this hotel.
