You will never be more than a few steps away from the sea as the property has private beach access and boasts an exterior hot/cold shower to clean off from a day in the surf sand.

This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! Please note that this home comes with sheets and towels for all standard beds for all weekly (7 night minimum) reservations. Linens for non-standard beds (sleeper sofas, futons, roll-a-way beds etc.) are not included. Guests may bring their own linens for shorter stays and/or non-standard beds or rent them from Ward Realty.
