Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed out stay at this property. It was convenient, on the beach, and full of amenities. The condo was comfortable, and while we didn't have anyone staying in the loft area, there was plenty of room for more people to stay. The bed and pillows in the main bedroom were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, bikes, and a boogie board. We would stay here again.

Great Location!

The property is very close to the beach and other amenities near Surf City. Gated access was a plus. Check in was a little complicated. We never received details and ended up calling the phone number listed. Other than that, the stay was great.

We enjoyed our stay, I will have to say we had to leave immediately and get toilet paper and paper towels because what was there was almost gone, having the bikes was great, but one had a flat tire, I think whoever is maintenance the unit could do a better overall check. Would have also been nice to have real plates and real cups. The HOA is the only other complaint we had...none of the electrical outlets outside worked, all the water spigots did not have handles, management removed most of the pool chairs 2nd day we were there. Great view, great location, would definitely stay there again..... Thank you!

Everything was great!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and beautiful. There was plenty of space and everything we needed. I love that the owners provided cleaning products and extra trash bags. The owner was attentive to my questions and responded quickly. The pool area was nice and access to beach was a short walk. We will definitely be back! My only complaint was no elevator lol. Otherwise it was perfect.

Perfect family condo

This condo was a great set up for our family. Our 3 children loved the loft area. The condo was super clean, nicely decorated and had very comfortable beds. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We had a great view of the pool and partial ocean view from the deck. It’s an easy walk or short drive to everything in Surf City. We would stay here again!

Not a 5 star rating for us

Sorry but I am unable to leave 5 stars. The place is nice but we had several problems with our stay. Ice maker broke, tv didn’t work in bedroom, front lock made noise if you didn’t shake it each time coming back, door fell off closet. They should state limited linens and supplies. Should have more available when staying 7 nights. Didn’t even have a wash clothes. There were no extra blankets. Had 2 extra pillows but no pillowcases. Internet was down after first day. Was told by owner to call Spectrum. Was on phone over an hour between 2 days to find out there was something wrong on our end. The owner said it was a community outage. So nothing was done to fix that. Other than the problems we had this is a nice place. Hopefully someone goes through it to fix them.
