This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at when I compare it to other hotels in the U.S. The price is reasonable. All of the staff is amazing- right from the receptionist who allowed me an early checkin after a 36 hour long international flight, to the staff working in the restaurant, to the room service staff - everyone is friendly. The food is top tier. The complementary breakfast is the highlight. Straight up 5 stars! The pool and the gym were cherry on top. The views of the river from the room were gorgeous.

Very nice hotel with a variety of great restaurants close by. -Staff were polite. -Breakfast buffet had a nice selection to chose from -room was good value for money -The area around the hotel felt safe -Mini bar was complementary. -I would stay here again if I ever visit Ho Chi Minh in the future.

Just ok
The service wasn't good; I felt the reception was not willing to help. I didn't have a signal for the internet in my room (overseas SIM card), so I had to move rooms. When I moved, it worked, but they charged me for it. The room wasn't nice either. I know it's subjective, but for me, in general, I didn't enjoy it at all.
