a well located hotel at the east-west main road, opposite mitsukoshi and within walking distance from major attractions and shopping/dining places. front desk and service staff are all very friendly and helpful. our room facing the main road has a nice view if the city. free light breakfast was very thoughtful.

hotel is well located at the east/west main road opposite mitsukoshi, next to the street car line and within easy walking distance from major attractions and shopping malls. lots of eating places too nearby. our room was of a few facing the road, with nice city view. front desk and service staff were friendly and helpful. free light breakfast provided, which is very thoughtful.

A trendy little gem
Loved my stay at Nest, super trendy hotel, buses and trams at your door step. Right in the centre of town with shopping, eating and bars right there. The room was adorable loved the little touches, the only thing I didn’t like ( but must Japanese bathroom do this) a big step to enter the bathroom. The free breakfast pack was great to grab and go or there was plenty of communal sitting. Highly recommend, a short 5 mins tram or bus trip to Hiroshima Station. Staff fabulous and friendly.

I stayed here in 2019 and it was great, but it seems to have worsened since. The bathroom and bed sheets were clean, but many areas hadn't been dusted properly and there were numerous stains on the walls and floors, including ones that could easily be cleaned with a damp cloth. The air conditioning unit was very loud, made noises at random even when turned off, took ages to warm up, and smelled. There is also a ventilation fan in the ceiling which can't be turned off and produces permanent white noise. For those irritated by light at night, the light switch for the bathroom faces the bed and has a bright green LED that lights up when it's switched off, which is strong enough to read with. It can easily be covered, but it shows a lack of thought in design. Soundproofing is poor. The beds are placed right up to the connecting wall, and when the wall is accidentally hit it's like the other guest is there in the room with you. Staff were all great and check in and out went smoothly. The location is perfect for access to shopping and within walking distance of Hiroshima Station, plus is on the tram line to there and major tourist spots.

Good Location but Bad Laundry Machines
The location of this hotel is great and the staff were very friendly. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was to use their laundry facilities but unfortunately they were not good and my clothing never fully dried after 2 hours and smelled really bad. If doing laundry is a must, I would look at other options.

Great location. Walkable to peace park and excellent public transport links to the main station. Close to main shopping area and lots of restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but beds were comfortable.

Weekend Stay in Hiroshima
The hotel location is really great and in a very walkable neighbourhood. The bathroom was clean. The room was small with limited counter space, the latter being a bit restrictive. The room also had lots of dust on the walls. The free breakfast was a nice touch.
