This one is a little gem!
This is a great location. Easy and short walk to several dinning and shopping options, and the beach access is an easy walk as well. The unit is small, but efficient. It was perfect for my husband and I. The remodel is impressive and makes the space welcoming and homey. We had a great time.

First time in Hilton Head
We had an awesome time ! Perfect location! A lot of walking ! Place was small but for 2 people perfect… didn’t like futon very uncomfortable as a couch and kitchen could use some nicer pans but we ate out a lot ! Didn’t use balcony door was awful and small area to navigate! Overall we enjoyed our time there and was able to explore and enjoy beach ! Thank you!

First trip to HHI
We booked a mid week trip at this property for our first ever trip to Hilton Head. The location of this property was very convenient to shops, restaurants, and beach access. I think description stated beach view, which this property does not have, so if you are looking for ocean view or ocean front, this is not that. Ceiling fans in bedroom and living room were excellent in cooling the place down when we first arrived as it was quite warm in there. Condo is a bit small, but it was just me and my husband so it was fine for us, would be small for more than 2 people in my opinion. Lots of counter space in the bathroom which was a plus!! Washer and dryer in the unit also very convenient. Unit was also very clean. Overall, enjoyable stay!!

Great place
There are so many things I loved about this place. One especially was the bathroom. Loved the large vanity and walk-in shower. Well equipped with everything you need even washer and dryer . I will definitely book this place again.

Bed was comfy. Shower was nice. Location was great. Futon was uncomfortable and so was the table and backless stools. For a month stay it was very uncomfortable furniture. Did not care for the oven/microwave combo and countertop cooktop.

The condo we stayed in was fantastic – everything was perfectly arranged. The room was impeccably clean, well-stocked, and in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and during checkout, we were informed well in advance. The checkout process was seamless, and I highly recommend both the property and the property management service.

So-so
The unit was cute and would have been okay for our stay however there were a few issues. A shower door was missing and the existing door was swinging randomly, there were light bulbs missing in the bathroom from the vanity, the ice maker did not work in the freezer, and it wasn’t nearly as clean as it should have been. I am not impressed with this property.

Great small condo
Great location, clean and up-to-date apartment, convenient complex with nice pool. Vacuum did not work, which was unfortunate at a beach condo given the sand. Would be a 5/5, but 4/5 is because of a couple of inconvenient incidents: 1) There was no parking pass to be found, and when I called Vacasa to ask about it they said that someone would come by to drop it off, but they never did. Meanwhile, they suggested that I handwrite one with my Vacasa reservation code. 2) Cleaning crew arrived on the morning of my checkout at 9:30, while checkout was 10am. They waited outside, but I found this unprofessional and it rushed me out.

Very nice and good location
It’s a small place. We didn’t cook and we didn’t eat there except breakfast. The bathroom is a good size and very lovely (hope they fix the shower door that 1/2 is missing) Convenient to the beach and the pool was very nice.

Empty promises nothing stunning here
We had to call Vacasa to get into the condo. Not a prompt response. Code didn’t work because you needed to select a special code button after entering the code. First thing after getting in the condo, we noticed baseboard in the bathroom was full of hair and dust. Spilled water on the floor of kitchen. Wiping it up, the paper towel was black from the filthy tile floor. The futon cover has dried food or something on it. We sat on our beach towels if we needed to sit. Blinds in bedroom inoperable due to blind support rack was pulled out of the window casing and being held up with folded cardboard. The bedroom was very dusty. We cleaned the cubes where we stored our clothes because they were very dusty. The shower door track had the same hair & dust as the baseboard. One towel and one wash cloth per person were given to us. We showered at least twice a day so that meant laundering towels each time. We reported our concerns to Vacasa every day. Every day we were told our concerns would be taken care of by the end of the day. We asked that the condo be cleaned and given another two towels & washcloths. Every day we would arrive back at the condo to find nothing had been done. We would call again and given the same empty promises. We will return to HHI but not rent from a home managed by Vacasa. BTW, we were given a $150 credit for our troubles.
