Devonshire 207 is a beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bath, second-floor villa ideally located on the lagoon and golf course in the quaint complex of Devonshire at Port Royal Village. Enjoy the spacious balconies and the lovely Low Country view. This villa has new upgrades and it is a great place to enjoy with your family and friends.

The main bedroom features a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, balcony access, and a private en-suite bath that has a tub/shower combo.

Disappointment overload
This is the second year we’ve stayed at a Vacasa managed property. Both times our condos were unsavory ( filthy) and were in need of repairs to make them acceptable. You might ask why stay a second time? We believed the 1st occasion was an anomaly. We now know it’s the norm and we will NEVER stay at another Vacasa managed property.

One of our best VRBOs yet!
Lovely, comfortable, very well equipped condo. Short, safe 10 min walk to the beach- if you can’t get a metered parking spot, it’s close enough to use your car to drop off your family and beach paraphernalia. Bring a big roll of quarters for parking when you can get it. No App-based parking options. Small, Quiet, private community with adequate parking. Bring bikes if you can; plenty of safe riding trails even for children. Condo has large rooms and separated bedrooms- everything worked fine and was very clean. Beds very comfortable. Rear porch was a appreciated bonus; elevated due to the second floor and facing a golf course; is lush and very private. Watched hawks in the trees and a gater or two in the rear stream/pond. Kitchen is very well equipped and everything worked. Rental agency had lots of email and text-based communication; self check in and check out was problem free. Wi-Fi worked great with plenty of bandwidth. No beach stuff so BYO. We tend to try different places just for variety but would absolutely consider staying here again because we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommended! Also, Hilton Head is lovely; lush and beautiful. Make sure you make reservations if you want to eat out.

We did not have a packet listing our local property manager and ended up calling an 800 number three days in a row to try to get instructions for the TV. Finally we were referred to local agent you came by that day and fixed it 10 minutes (after calling the owner for a password). Wish we had her number on Day 1. Other than that, very nice well-appointed unit.

Stayed here from January until March. Location was excellent! The condo was nice a little cluttered with all the stuff on the shelves and stands but overall was nice. Does need some updates and a little more storage in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great vacation spot, close to beach.
We had a great time staying at this property. Quiet and relaxing setting with view of the golf course and wild life. Close walk to the beach. The cleaning service could have done a better job. Lots of dust on furniture and the balcony could have used a sweep. Other than that it was a great stay. Would stay there again.

We did not want to leave!
We had an amazing time staying at the Devonshire 207. It was spacious, clean, I was able to do laundry!!! The pool was never crowded, and we swam every night about 7pm. The beach was super close and easy to walk to. We loved it and we are super sad to leave. We will be booking here again FYI if you love alligators, when hanging out on the balcony we spotted a few In the creek... super freaking cool!

Clean, beautiful, with everything you need.
Port Royal is a beautiful plantation. We loved the bike paths. The villa is very spacious. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Everything was clean and in good working order. There are two huge balconies that overlook a lagoon. We saw one alligator, a peregrine falcon (I think), and other wildlife from our balconies. The pool is super close to the villa. It goes up to 8 feet and is roped off in the middle at the 4 ft level. It is open until 9 pm. We accessed the beach by riding our bikes between the Westin resort and the resort next to it. There are bike racks there. The beach is a 5 minute or less bike ride. Islander beach park is very close by and has beach access, but at this time because Corona virus there is no parking there unless you have a town pass. You could walk or ride a bike there though. There are bike racks there. On the bike path close to Islander beach park you can see up in a tree an ENORMOUS bald eagle nest and bald eagles. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There was a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig machine. We spent a lot of time at the beach. There is soft sand and also packed sand that is great for riding a bike on. We had an effortless vacation. Everything was perfect.
