Sea Cloisters 208 is a stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condo with a million dollar view! Luxury renovation with all the furnishings and appliances. Bright, clean, and cheerful. This tastefully remodeled oceanfront condominium has a fully-equipped modern kitchen and laundry with flatscreen smart TVs in every room, Keurig coffee maker, cable TV, wireless internet, and is a center oceanfront front condo closest to the beach with a large oversized balcony. The pictures speak for themselves!

The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-panel smart TV, oceanfront balcony access, and a private en suite primary bathroom with double vanities and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed, flat-panel smart TV, and access to the shared bath with a glass-enclosed tub/shower combo.

Sea Cloisters is one of Hilton Head Islands Gems! It is a beautiful, ocean-front complex with a private gated entrance, pool, kiddie pool, well-groomed lawn with a picnic grilling area, an elevator, and is conveniently located mid-island within two miles of any amenity you would need. Grocery stores, shopping, golf, miniature golf, bike rentals, and movies are all accessible by walk/bike trails right outside your door. Walk or bike to the Westin for a cocktail by the pool or a massage at their beautiful spa. It is a great location for a perfect family vacation!

Peace and quiet
We both needed peace, quiet and a great view of the beach. We got all that and more. We are as rested and relaxed as we will ever be until we retire. The condo was perfectly decorated and provided all the amenities we needed. We did have a problem with the A.C., but it was promptly addressed. We liked it so much we are considering getting a property like this for ourselves.

Hassle of a stay
Long story short: Unit was not very clean when we arrived-Vacasa sent a survey in which I filled out honestly and was asked for photos which I did provide. I declined additional cleaning as I took care of it myself—Vacasa entered the unit the next day and “cleaned” while my family was at the beach. This is an invasion of privacy as I declined them coming back multiple times. Dirty floor, dirty table and dishes with food on them. In addition, there was a window AC unit set up in the 2nd bedroom when we arrived. We could not close the blind due to this so my husband covered the exposed window with a beach blanket. You could see into my daughters room and bathroom without this covered. After multiple visits from Vacasa to remove the unit they advised what they actually needed to take down was the blanket we covered the exposed window with because a neighbor was taking pictures and sending to the owner. The very reason we added this was for privacy for my young daughters. Once the window unit was removed we were able to close the blind without issue. This entire trip was a hassle from the cleaning, to the many visits for the AC unit that we didn’t even ask for to a neighbor reporting that we covered a window for privacy. I don't know if the issue is the owner, the management company or what but I've never had an experience like this before.

Week in Paradise
We have stayed at Sea Cloisters the past two summers and loved both visits. The grounds are beautiful and our view of the ocean was incredible. I could sit on the balcony all day and watch the water. Being right off the beach with private access was a huge bonus.

Great location, needs some updating and supplies...
Pros: Location- great view of the beach/ocean, steps away from beach Good room sizes, closets a bit small but good overall sizes Really good water pressure in shower good response from "tech support" when I needed to get the new code for the pool gate (incorrect one was sent) decent wifi - incorrect wifi login info was provided initially- had to hunt around for one that worked (5g channel, fyi during our stay) Cons: Master bath needs updating Labels would help understand the light/fan switches master bed is terrible- I understand it's a rental but for thousands of dollars a week to stay I expect a better bed Supplies- a week long stay could use more than 2 trash bags and dishwasher detergents for the dishwasher. Also, towards the end of the stay we had to ration toilet paper. Despite the cons I'd probably stay again if a resort wasn't available

Great Vacation Getaway
We spent a week at the Sea Cloisters complex. Our condominium, number 208, had a gorgeous view of the ocean. I loved sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean waves while watching the sun rise or set. The grounds were pretty and well maintained. Our condominium was spacious, clean, smartly decorated and had all the amenities I would expect. A couple of recommendations for the property management team: 1) The dryer vent outside our front door really needs a thorough cleaning. It is full of lint and poses a fire hazard. 2) A couple of outdoor lights need to have the bulb replaced. 3) It’d be nice to have instructions for operating the TV/cable. 4) It’d be nice to have a guide or list of local restaurants and attractions. My family had a fantastic time in Hilton Head. The island is beautiful and there is so much to do for the entire family. Some of our favorite activities were riding bikes around the island, going on a dolphin cruise and taking the nature kayak tour. We plan on coming back to Hilton Head next summer and Sea Cloisters is where we intend to stay.

Very nice and quiet property
Great quiet location. Nicely decorated. The bedrooms are separated and private-- although the non-ocean facing one did get loud early in the morning because people would talk loudly in the hallway. Good balcony and pool. Note, you must go over several sets of stairs to get to the beach. Keep in mind if you are bringing a cart. We had checkin issues because only a gate code was provided. Then we learned there was also a pool code and had to request that. The gate code worked the first day but not the second or third day. Each time we called the number on the reservation and they weren't able to assist and we had to wait for someone local to contact us. The local team was responsive, but waiting 20 minutes after a 5 hour drive because no one had a code was frustrating as was waiting outside the gate at 9:30 pm. Fortunately, a neighbor let us in the gate using their remote control.

Beautiful property in a great location
This condominium was in a great location right on the beach and had all the amenities of home. It was clean, beautiful and most importantly like a home away from home in these times when you don’t want to spend every meal in a crowded restaurant. We will definitely go back.

This was the perfect condo!
My husband and I brought our two girls (ages 2 and 7). We had the best time. Condo was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Everything had been updated and we loved the fact it did not have carpet (one daughter has bad allergies). Perfect ocean front view and easy access to the pool and beach. We definitely will be back again. My only request is that we have access to a broom to sweep up the sand, we did have a small vacuum but sometimes a broom is helpful. We also brought our own small air purifier (again my daughter has allergies)... Can’t wait to come back. Thank you to the owners for providing wonderful place for families to enjoy time together during this pandemic. We felt very safe.

Not wheelchair accessible
It was a nice property and it was on the beach however it should not have been filtered wheelchair accessible. When I looked at the website it was not obvious that an electric wheelchair could not easily fit from the master bedroom to the bathroom . Also when my husband tried to take a shower the opening of the shower door opening was maybe 18-22” wide not big enough for a handicapped person. It is hard to make the decision to go on vacation with a really handicap person. It would be nice it it would fit a wheelchair. Surely South Carolina has ADA requirements that are met by agencies that advertise they are wheelchair accessible. There were marks on the walls that were left there by another unfortunate person trying to use a wheelchair in this misadvertised unit and the rental agency was really upset about it. I did explain that they were already there and that I understood why because it was way too small of area from the bedroom to the bathroom and my husband was so nervous trying to maneuver his wheelchair. We probably will buy a beach place just so we won’t have to go through that mental anxiety again , life is too short and really handicapped people deserve a vacation that does not make them feel bad about going on vacation. I don’t want to be sappy but my son went with us and took time out of his busy life to spend maybe the last vacation he will spend with his dad and it was a unfortunate the condo was so hard to maneuver. Please take the handicap and the wheelchair accessible filter off of this unit.

Nice condo and super clean. Just a small warning, bring ALL your spices, cooking oils and whatever you need if you plan on cooking. There are NO spices (including salt and pepper). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo.

Celebrating our son's 3rd birthday.
Beautiful condo and view. Location was perfect. We loved being right on the beach. The freezer stopped working and ruined what we had in it, then refroze again. Ice maker did not work. We did see 2 roaches, one in the kitchen, the only reason I'm mentioning it. Those things are minor and easily fixable. Would recommend a broom in addition to the vacuum. We would stay here again.

Great stay on HHI
This was our first trip to HHI and we loved the property and the island. The unit was very clean and bright. Everything worked well. The showers had plenty of hot water and water pressure. The kitchen was amply furnished including a Keurig coffee maker which I loved. HD flatscreen tv in every room that had access to Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix, etc. Laundry had full size units that did a great job. Our family of four (two teenage daughters) was very pleased. The property was ocean front with beautiful views of the ocean. We had no trouble finding parking right next to building. The pool was well maintained with plenty of chairs (although shaded spots were difficult to get). The beach was wonderful - plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It would be nice if the boardwalk had a ramp instead of the stairs up and down. It was a pain (minor) getting the beach cart over the stairs every day. I also wish I had brought my pop up canopy as that seemed a very popular option. The only downside we experienced was with jellyfish. My daughter was stung the first day and did not swim in the ocean the rest of the week. I swam in the ocean all week and was never stung. The lifeguards had vinegar readily available for treatment and she felt better after about 15 minutes. I noticed a lot of people were getting stung and getting treatment from the lifeguard. We still enjoyed the beach very much and went every day. It did not seem to stop most people from swimming and enjoying the ocean. HHI had a lot of great restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do. We loved the little Park Place Movie Theater. HHI has clearly have made a concerted effort to control development and maintain the beauty of the island. It's really a great balance between holding down development while still providing a great variety of shopping, eating and recreation opportunities. We rented bikes for the week and enjoyed biking all over the island including the beach. It was a great stay and we will return in the near future.
