This second floor villa includes two bedrooms. Master bedroom with a King Bed, big screen TV, private bath with shower and jacuzzi tub. Heightened cleaning and sanitation measures recommended by the American Hotel and Lodging Association are being followed. These include:
· Sanitizing vehicles and laundry facility via electrostatic fogging, several times each day
· Cleaning linens and terry at the manufacturer’s highest recommended temperature
· Cleaning staff are wearing gloves and masks and dispose after each unit to prevent potential cross contamination
· Using new cleaning cloths for each villa
· Sanitizing all surfaces with an aerosol prior to the cleaning process
· Sanitizing all high-touch areas, such as doorknobs, remote controls, handles, light switches, lamps, faucets, counters and appliances with chemicals recommended by the CDC
· Sanitizing commodes, showers, and bathroom sinks with bleach, after cleaning
· After the villa has been completely cleaned, staff works backward to re-sanitize all high-touch areas on the way out, ensuring all areas he or she touched are properly disinfected for the arriving owner
