Guests staying at Beachwood 125 can easily walk to dining and entertainment venues offered by the Sonesta.The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play. Just beyond Shipyard gate, vacationers find a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages at Coligny Plaza in North Forest Beach. I’ll start by saying it’s my understanding that this particular condo has been recently purchased by a new owner. With that said the place could use a little TLC (Fresh paint, some new / more cook ware and attention to the rear deck and chairs). Overall however the unit is perfect for a family or even 2 small family’s. It has 2 masters which are both equipped with big beautiful showers. I will happily stay in this condo again in the future but just hope it get a little attention! Cheers

It's was great! However, one of the patio doors was broken. It was in the process of being repaired. Other than that I highly recommend this villa.

Spring break vacation
We are regular visitors to Hilton head, and we have previously stayed in a different unit and beachwalk. We really enjoyed the layout of this unit and the proximity to the beach. The unit was relatively well stocked with basic supplies. It did look as though it could have been cleaned one more time before we arrived, there were some dead bugs/minor debris throughout the place, and quite a few of the “clean“ dishes were actually dirty. We would stay here again.

Great location next to Van der Meer Tennis facility in Shipyard. Clean, neat European /IKEA feel downstairs. Bedrooms in good condition with TV in every bedroom and two additional downstairs. Easy access in and out of facility with quivk walk to pool, tennis, and beach. Would definitely book again!

modern condo was perfect
We loved staying in this modern furnished condo. 5 minute walk to beach. We held a family reunion and rented several condos. Pool was great. I would rent again!!

Convenience and beauty
A short walk to the beach and a beautiful, modern, unit. The pool was located right off the back deck. We had a wonderful time. We have been vacationing in Hilton Head off and on for the past 25 years and this is one of the most beautiful and conveniently located units we have ever stayed in. We would not hesitate to book it again.
