Everyone in your party will have their personal space in this recently renovated end unit, 3 bedroom and 3.5-bath townhouse in the Huntington complex of Palmetto Dunes Resort.

Open the door to a bright, cathedral ceiling living room with a couch, loveseat and accent chair, and a 42 ½ inch flat screen TV/DVD/VCR, and a large cathedral-style window that overlooks the complex pool. The adjoining dining area has corner windows, a table with seating for 6, and 4 barstools at a dining/serving counter that is open to the kitchen.

The cheerful kitchen features granite countertops, black appliances, a pantry cupboard, a closet with a stacked washer/dryer, and access to a convenient powder room. Off the other side of the dining area, is a sunroom with a sleep sofa, thick wicker chair with cushions and pillows, ceiling fan and a door leading to the landscaped grounds and the pool beyond.

Just off the living room is the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, a 31 ½ inch flat screened TV, a large window overlooking the pool, a door to the grounds/pool, and a spacious private bath with a double closet, a large tub, and a walk-in shower.

A sky lighted stairwell with 17 steps leads to the 2nd floor and a bedroom with 2 Full sized beds, a 19 ½ inch flat screened TV, a window overlooking the pool, and a private combination tub/shower bath. A bridge walkway then connects to the 3rd bedroom, which has a King bed, a 23 ½ inch flat screened TV, and a private bath with a skylight and a walk-in shower.
