First floor, 2-bed, and 3-bath villa; and only a minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean. This villa features an open living room, a queen sleeper sofa, a dining area, and 2 separate decks. The kitchen table has seating for four with four handy stools at the large breakfast bar. The bright king master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds and a full bathroom. Each bedroom has access to separate decks that also share access from the living room. The third full bathroom, located off the kitchen, is also where you will find the washer and dryer.

Enjoy the sun at the on-site swimming pool, or walk easily to the beach. You won't be able to beat the proximity to all the great Palmetto Dunes amenities such as golf, tennis, kayaking in the vast lagoon system, and miles of bike paths. Shelter Cove Towne Centre is also convenient where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and seasonal live outdoor entertainment.

Amazing Stay

From the start Alex at the Vacation company called me after hours when I was confused before our arrival for the parking pass. She called, gave detailed instructions and followed up with a great email. Everything works like clockwork and we really enjoyed our stay. This unit is Amazing for its location and the furnishings were great.

Great location

The lower level unit was as listed. It was very close to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and the beach - less than 5 minutes to either. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to cook if desired. The only issue we had was not with the unit but with the bike rental company that was included in the rental. The bikes were delivered as expected on Saturday however the codes to remove the locks did not work. The company did not Turns out open until Monday - therefore we lost 2 days of biking. On top of that the bikes were in very poor condition - gears covered in sand and rusty. I would recommend renting and hope it is available for my next trip to Hilton Head.

A perfect Hilton Head retreat

My husband and I have stayed at various locations in Palmetto Dunes over the years and felt grateful to have found this property. It was very well appointed and included such appreciated touches like loonies, throw blankets for the living room and more.

Fantastic, favorite!

This was our second time staying at 73 Moorings and it was even better the second time. It is clear the owners are truly invested in making sure guests are as comfortable as possible to enjoy every moment of vacation time. 2 weeks at Mooring #73

Condo was clean, kitchen very small with little storage for our groceries, although close to the beach the area was noisy with traffic & busy units. Although we enjoyed the 2 porches the above unit can be noisy.

Great Beach Location Super Clean

The condo I stayed in was amazing 73 Moorings , beautiful comfortable and modern also like new furnishings. The beach was a quick walk, love the patios off of each room. Very spacious will definatrly be back.

Excellent location!

The easy walk to the beach and pool made our stay! It was a breeze to run back if we forgot something or needed to get our toddler down for a nap. I was worried walking up the stairs to get inside the condo would be annoying with all of our gear/kids but we truly didn’t mind it. Where this stay lacked for us was how incredibly small the master bathroom/shower was. We don’t need something large but navigating around to get into the shower after a long day at the beach became annoying. Also, heads up if you’re planning to do a lot of cooking, many of the items in the kitchen could use an upgrade. Specifically the pots and pans - very worn with deep etches in the nonstick pans and some didn’t even lay flat on the burner. We weren’t planning to cook every meal but when we did cook, it was irritating to use them. Overall we felt the condo was very well kept, clean, and met most of our needs for the week. The value for what you pay and proximity to the beach is great. We would likely stay here again based on the location alone.
