42 Lands End has a lovely view over Braddock Cove. Sea Pines Plantation vacation rentals don’t get better than at Lands End! These “Cape Cod” style duplexes are in the perfect South Beach location.

This beautiful property has new gray and tan hardwood floors, fresh paint, a newly renovated, light-filled kitchen with tile floor and Corian-quartz counters. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. The kitchen opens up to the living and dining room area. The dining room has a dark wood table with a bench seat and four chairs. It also has a cabinet full of games and puzzles for family entertainment. The living room has high ceilings with exposed beams, a tan couch with matching love seat and two chairs plus a 55” curved screen TV mounted above the dark gray fireplace. Just beyond the living room is the screened-in porch, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. There is a high top wicker table that seats two, a wicker love seat and four chairs. Outside on the large deck, just 8 steps down from the porch, it has bench seating, two chairs and two Adirondack chairs plus a Weber gas grill for your outdoor dining.

The bedrooms are all on the right side of the property. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. Both are carpeted and have king size beds. The bedroom that faces the cove has a door to the porch and a 42” wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is a private bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower with handicap bars. The other bedroom on this floor views the front and has a 42” flat screen TV and a small desk. The private bath has a single vanity and walk-in shower with handicap bar.

On the second floor, at the top of the stairs, is the washer and dryer. The bedroom to the right has two twin beds and a 32” TV. This room has views of the water. It also has a private bath with a single vanity and standard shower/tub combination, handicap bar, and sliding glass doors. The final bedroom is off to the left of the stairs and has two twin beds and a 32” TV. The private bath has a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Wonderful place

We loved our stay here- two bedrooms downstairs were perfect for parents/ grandparents and the kids had the upstairs bedrooms. Plenty of space for 7 people and we really enjoyed the lovely screened in porch and views. Very short walk to the beach and about a half mile to Salty dog cafe, bike rentals and other restaurants. We highly recommend and will be back! Kids rented bikes and were all over the island all weekend. They also explored different beaches within a short bike ride.

Morning Coffee with Dolphins

We loved the location and size of this home. It is beautifully furnished and decorated and had a great layout with plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone in our group. Just a few minutes to South Beach activities and the beach. Well stocked. Our favorite thing about the place though was enjoying morning coffee on the screened porch watching dolphins swim by! We'll be back!

Great family vacation

We had a lovely time at the house for a family vacation. The house floor plan was perfect for two families staying together. We rented bikes and loved the proximity to the Salty Dog and the private beach accces.

Great location and view

Our family came down for the 4th of July week and the house was in the perfect location and had great amenities. Easy walk to the beach and South Beach marina. Also loved the view of the marsh from the screened-in porch. Would definitely love to go back!

Loved the space, the location and the view. Negatives: not enough furniture in the queen bedroom; insufficient lighting in the bedrooms; mirrors too small in bathroom; ice maker didn’t work; main tv didn’t work; no instructions for operating TVs; poor quality towels; gross outdoor furniture; need a larger coffee maker; dishwasher needs to be repaired.
