This tastefully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath Sea Crest condo on Hilton Head is in the Forest Beach area. Located on the first floor, 2102 Sea Crest has a beautiful view of the water gardens, lush tropical landscaping, and peeks of the ocean. The villa offers tiled floors in the foyer, kitchen, and combined dining/living area, and hardwood floors in the master bedroom. New plank style flooring in the 2 guest bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans throughout. Crown molding and raised ceilings add to the spacious feel. Great bedroom separation provides guests with plenty of privacy.

Upon entering the villa, there is a master bedroom on the right with a king bed, two accent chairs, a 40” flat screen TV and a large closet. The private bath has beautiful white and gray tiled floors that flow right into the large walk-in shower. The sliding doors lead to a covered deck with a small table and two chairs and overlooks the resort gardens.

To the left of the foyer is one of the two guest rooms. This room has two double beds and shares access to the bathroom with the hall. The bathroom has double vanities, a soaking tub and walk-in shower. In the hall closet is the full size washer and dryer.

The main living area is a large, open floor plan that consists of the living/dining area and the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has all the conveniences of home including lots of counter space and a breakfast bar with four barstools. A great place to enjoy a snack while the chef prepares the meal. The glass topped dining table seats six. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, four comfortable matching armchairs, a 50” flat screen TV with DVD, and a fantastic garden view complete with water fountain that will be appreciated by guests. The sliding doors provide access to the covered deck where there is a love seat, coffee table and three chairs. It is perfect for guests to enjoy the afternoon ocean breeze after a fun day at the beach.

Adjacent to the living room is the third bedroom complete with a king bed, accent chair, 32” TV and access to the outside deck. The private bathroom has double vanity, a large soaking tub and walk-in shower.

This upscale villa with an inviting interior, tastefully decorated with lots of coastal accents throughout, will be great for any family vacation.

The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center and beautifully landscaped gardens. You are also within walking distance of Coligny Plaza where you will find over 100 shops, restaurants and entertainment. Sea Crest is one of the premier Hilton Head Island resorts.

***Construction Update***

Exterior Project: A significant and extensive exterior project is scheduled to start on October 7th, 2024, and continue through May 1st, 2025. This project is expected to impact quiet enjoyment, views, parking, and balcony access. If you are considering renting during this time, we encourage you to contact our office for updates regarding the project’s progress.

Lagoon Repairs: Lagoon repairs are currently underway for the foreseeable future. The lagoons have been drained, cleaned, and the liner is being replaced. There is no estimated completion date at this time.

Great Unit and Wonderful Resort
The 3 bedroom condo was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay at this unit. We have stayed at other units in this Resort and we love the complex. The pool, easy access to the beach, and Pool Bar Jims makes great food and Drinks! We will continue to stay in this complex when we visit, we may try unit on 4th floor to check out a view from above next time.

The property is ideal for families, close proximity to beach and pool and restaurants, bikes, shopping ect. The beds in this particular unit are NOT comfortable, lumpy and in need of replacement. It is quite loud as the courtyard echos so expect to be up early in the AM when there are a lot of people. Finally Wifi does not allow for streaming, as password did not work for 5G.

HHI - nice location, easy beach and pool access, spacious condo
Great location. Very large rooms, cute beach decor. Easy parking, easy/close access to pools and beach. Chair and umbrella rentals from the lifeguards were handy. Broken sofa sleeper in master bedroom. Air filter was really gross - we told the property manager and they came the next day to replace it. Cleanliness was our only real complaint - we had to clean the floors, counters, and all end tables, tops of dressers and nightstands, dust and vacuum right when we got there in order to feel comfortable.

Great location
Property was perfect for a large family gathering and was nicely furnished. Great location within walking distance of beaches, bars and restaurants. There were minor issues with a couple of electrical outlets that did not work, but we were able to make do with what we had. Property could also use a new coffee maker.

Great Place to Stay
The condo was awesome! It was very nice and clean and also very roomy. The property manager checked in throughout the trip to make sure everything was good. The only suggestions I could make is to put a curtain on the door going out to balcony to keep light from coming in on the ones sleeping on sleeper sofa and a couple of the mattresses were not very comfortable and could be replaced But all in all, we had a great trip. I would definitely recommend.
