This hotel is located right off the Mediterranean ocean. About a 20 minute drive from the airport in taxi but everything else is accessible by walking. As a solo female traveler I never felt unsafe. In fact it’s a small island where everyone in town seems to know each other. Despite it still being a tourist area or season I felt the authenticity of the town. The staff were super friendly especially Maria and Nikos!

This property is amazing. It’s close to the port, walking distance to the center with all the amazing coffee shops, stores & restaurant. The staff is amazing! They are so friendly & treat you like a friend more than a client. The view of the sea is beautiful. Great A/C, elevator & breakfast. We, a family of 3 all agree it was perfect t for what we needed. I would definitely book again if I return to Heraklion.

We (family of 5) stayed for one night to catch a ferry the next morning. Outstanding value. Right across from the sea. We walked to dinner and to the ferry in the morning. Great breakfast was available early. Highly recommend

Absolutely the nicest people. It was like being in your own home. Great little foyer to have a coffee. And chat to staff. They couldn’t do enough for us. Everywhere we ate was delicious. Hop on hop off bus walking distance. The perfect place to stay.

Staff were delightful and helpful. They arranged a car rental for us, held our luggage and made us comfortable after checkout, and offered friendly advice. Property is a little dated but was walkable from the pier and the view from our balcony was unbeatable.

Staff was brilliant and location almost perfect. It was a bit noisy from traffic. Otherwise, the location was next to everything - buses, shops, restaurants, and port. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfasts were varied with plenty of coffee!

Katarina at the front desk was very welcoming. We were very to find a parking spot just outside the hotel which is very close to so many of the must do things in Heraklion. This hotel is an honest tourist hotel. Beds are clean and comfortable, quiet at night with efficient air con. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Coffee was good! This is not pretending to be anything else but an honest 1-2 night hotel for the traveler not a resort hotel but that wasn’t what we needed. Thank you for a great stay.

Wonderful stay
Very welcoming, friendly and informative staff who were always willing to help. Even helped us to bring our luggage out of your car and bring it up the elevator to our room as we had several. Offered complimentary coffee and a water refill station. Room was a good size for 3 people. Central location to the port, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Central location, very convenient. So many restaurants within walking distance. City center is a few minutes walk and the Venetian sea fortress is right across the street. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Nikos. He's always smiling and offers help! Speaks great English.
