I felt incredibly in this hotel, great reception team make me felt like family. The conditions in this hotel are great! Clean, comfortable, big beds, tasty tropical breakfast, safe, close to old Havana and lots of restaurants in the area, totally recommended! I’ll be back for sure!

The property is well maintained inside. Nice bar area adjoining the lobby & there is a lovely rooftop terrace but one must be able to climb stairs. The reception staff all speak adequate English and are very friendly and helpful. The two cooks (Wilfredo & Yoenky) are excellent, very attentive, & will prepare available items however you like. The manager, Alberto, is a very interesting man, with whom we enjoyed spending time. The only downside is odiferous streets in most of Havana, which is out of their control. The government's method of garbage collection is, unfortunately, wholly inadequate. The property is conveniently located only 7 blocks from the historic district where the Capitolio and the Plaza de la Revolución are located, an easy walk.

My first time in Cuba and with only two nights, I felt at home. Since my arrival with the attention of the reception staff Mariem I received an incredible early check in and a great free upgrade to one of their best rooms, the Junior Suit, super comfortable and spacious. I really enjoyed breakfast, mainly the coffee and the egg, and the chefs were attentive to everything I asked for. I can't leave aside the cleaning staff who always received the room like the first time. Thank you all! I hope to return soon!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alhabana. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, ensuring a very comfortable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. I was particularly grateful for the free early check-in, which allowed me to settle in and start exploring Havana right away. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of delicious options. The hotel is also conveniently located very close to Old Havana and the historic center, making it easy to explore the city’s rich history and culture. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!

My stay at Hotel Alhabana was excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, making my stay very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and willing to help at any time. I especially appreciate the free late check-out, which allowed me to enjoy my time in Havana a bit longer. The breakfast was delicious and varied, a great way to start the day. Additionally, the hotel is located in a safe area, which gave me a lot of peace of mind during my visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!

It has to be the best in Havana
That was the first place where I took refuge when I reached Havana and I am happy I chose this place. Best staff always ready to help you and the way they conducted business. Rooms are comfortable, very affordable rents, and they provide solution to everything.Location is very central at less than 10 min walk to China Town. It was the first place I stayed at on arrival to Cuba and the last one too. I have heaps of praises for every staff member who works at Alhabana. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Havana.

The best vacation!!
The best vacation!!, my first time and it was incredible, everyone's attention never lacked from the cleaning staff who, thanks to them, received my room every day as if it were the first time and the breakfast was very delicious, I tried new things like guava although it was not something very sweet for me. An unforgettable experience. We will return again!

I stayed 3 nights in the beautiful Master Suite and was great, super comfortable and a really big bed. Clean hotel with an awesome reception team always willing to help, a breakfast full of fresh fruit and delicious coffee, we arrived in middle of big blackouts in the country but this awesome hotel had power plant which was awesome too.

Magnificent attentions during the long stay by all the attentive and professional staff, the room was spacious, comfortable, clean with TV and minibar, full bathroom, amenities and 7 towels, a good experience despite the difficulties beyond the control of the property that despite having an emergency power plant, the situation was extreme throughout the island with days without electricity generation. I will definitely return to this hotel for its good handling of the crisis and attentions.

My stay at Hostal Alhabana was simply wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome thanks to the free early check-in, which was a great relief after a long trip. Although they do not offer free internet as part of the regular service, they provided it to me at no additional cost, which was a pleasant surprise and very useful for staying connected with family and friends. Additionally, the hostel is located in a safe neighborhood, which allowed me to explore the area with complete peace of mind. The room was very comfortable and the hostel is extremely clean. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast; The chef prepares an excellent breakfast each morning, with a variety of delicious options that gave me the energy to start the day. I especially want to thank Rafael for all the help provided and the reception team for always being on top of everything I might need. In short, Hostal Alhabana offers a perfect combination of comfort, security and excellent service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Havana!

Great hotel, I stayed here lots of nights and in different rooms and all of them was spacious, comfortables and very clean, the breakfast is splendid, lots of tropical fruits and the chefs always ready to attend your needs. Reception team 24h always willing to help, cleaning ladies, managers, kinds and warm, facilities renovated and in great conditions… great location too close from old Havana and Malecón, totally recommended if you want to stay at a great hotel and enjoy the beauty of the country.
