Refreshing day, Thank you very much for taking time to give us feedback. We sincerely apologize for the bad experience you encountered during your stay. It is disappointing to note that we could not meet your expectations. We have taken note of all areas of concern that you highlighted, management will ensure corrective action is taken to avoid the same issues recurring in the future. We are excited to share with you our exciting plans to refurbish our rooms and modernize them. We will soon be unrolling the exercise once the sample rooms are done, hopefully when you visit us again you will stay in refurbished rooms.
