Great room with amazing and super friendly staff! They kept our luggages free of charge for a full day and we didn't need to carry our extra stuff to Ninh Binh. The breakfast was really delicious and I love the decoration and cleanness. The hotel is very close to everything the old quarter has to offer yet the room was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise.

Highly recommended in Hanoi! Staffs are very kind and helpful. They cared us customers well. Always cleaned lobby and keep our room comfortable and change bed sheets new everyday. We had enough hot shower. Specially their Vietnam cuisine breakfast(included to the fee) was more than excellent! Really loved juicy bacon and duck and Vietnam spring roll ;) They offered massage spa. My partner got it said very nice quality. The location was also perfect. It was just in Old Town so accessible to everywhere, however, glad still quiet inside the hotel. We asked to pick-up from and sending to airport, and one day-tour to halong bay through this hotel then they arranged for us well. Comparing to other the same class hotels, this was very reasonable and worth more than the price. Really appreciate to lovely staffs to make our stay comfortable :) Vietnamese people are so kind and lovely. If visiting Hanoi again, we must stay this hotel.

Not the same as pictured, dirty bathroom, fridge did not work even after they replaced it, safe did not work, the bathroom is dangerour because there is no slip resistant mat anywhere. The breakfast was sub par & over all the hotel was much simpler/smaller than the pictures online showed

Terrible. They wouldn’t serve us coffee when we asked and told us to go elsewhere. Would only issue us one room key and came in our room when we put do not disturb on. They tried charging us to clean our sheets which is just ridiculous. Not helpful. Noisy area. No rooftop bar just a fridge with dragonfruit in.

The hotel is centrally located. Close to a lot of the popular sites in Hanoi. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff is great, they recommended restaurants and tours to join while staying in Hanoi. I would recommend this hotel.
