まずハノイロッテホテルからリンクして予約確認書の住所はロッテハノイなのでレジデンスエリアなのかなと思い、行ってみるとロッテのスタッフに聞きますが要を得ません。 予約確認書に書かれている電話番号は間違っているようで不通 ロッテホテルスタッフがスマホで調べると向かいのビンホームズメトロポリスらしいということで、たらい回し状態 そのビンホームズのエントランスのコンシェルジェに聞いても、わかったようなわからないようなリアクション 電話の受話器を渡されて、“今からいくのでエントランスで待っててください” と どこから掛かってきた判らない電話口の主の指示に従い。待つこと数分 大学生のバイトっぽいにいちゃんが現れ、部屋に案内してくれます。 入口のドアロックの暗証番号も聞かないと教えてくれない おもてなし感ゼロの対応 築浅・眺望以外は酷いものでベットシーツは替えていないのか匂うし、シーツは血で汚れていて最悪でした
