Really enjoyed my stay at Sentido, the indoor pool and Jacuzzi were amazing. Went to the spa for a massage three times as the prices were really good. There is not much around, so would recommend half board. But very easy to get around and Taxis are very cheap. The breakfast and dinner were fantastic. Definitely recommend. Would have liked for reception to actually explain how everything works and where everything is. Had to ask reception how to log on to the wifi and how to call them from the room, normally they should tell you this at check-in. The hotel organised trips as well I would definitely recommend the camel riding.

Had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff ALL went above and beyond to make our time here an enjoyable and memorable experience. From the reception staff such as tarik and the lady, to the restaurant, bar and cleaning staff!! They all truly were so lovely to us.

Great Location and Amazing Hotel.

Wasim from Animation was really helpful and the activities we're fun. For example, archery, darts, table tennis, golf and quad biking. Hotel was clean, comfortable with an amazing sea view. Will definitely be coming back!

Au top

Bel hôtel proche de la mer car il faut descendre de simple petits escaliers pour s’y rendre. En temps de froid, la piscine intérieure est top. Je reviendrai sûrement

Décevant

Très mauvais expérience plus jamais ! Le lendemain de notre arrivée nous nous sommes vus dérober 160 dinars l’équivalent de 55 euros par la femme de ménage. Juste le temps de descendre prendre le petit déjeuner et de faire une visite sur l’exterieur Plage ect. Aucune réelle prise en charge, un responsable a pris notre déposition, nous disant qu’il allait mener l’enquête avec le système de carte, il voit combien de fois exactement il y a eu d’entree dans la chambre. Chose qui aurait très bien pu prendre 10 minute mais non il a préféré prendre 3 jours pour ensuite nous dire qu’elle est rentrée 3 fois dans notre chambre. Sachant que dès la première entrée le ménage était fini. Pas d’excuse rien je trouve cela très grave. Le cinquième jour, veille du départ nous sommes appel par la personne de la réception pour nous restituer notre argent avec des petites excuses (c’est déjà ça). Aucun responsable n’a pris ses responsabilités en venant présenter ses excuses cela n’est pas digne d’un hôtel quatre étoiles et nous prenons ça comme un manque de respect. Si j’ai un conseil à vous donner c’est tout simplement de boycotter cette établissement et ne pas y aller et de vous tournez sur un tout autre établissement. Ce n’est pas ce qu’il manque dans le coin. A bon entendeur,
