Lovely hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Great room high quality cimfy bed good breakfast. Only issue was nearest train znd underground a good 15 minute walk away was an issue as i have some mobility issues. But otherwise a great hotel highly recommended.

Schöne Zimmer gutes Frühstückbuffet leider nicht ganz zentral bis zum HBF Hamburg ungefähr 15 gehminuten aber noch im Rahmen. Im grossen und ganzen kann ich das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir hatten ein schöner Ausblick im 7.Stock zum Kanal mit einem Französischem Balkon! Wir hatten ein grosses Badezimmer bekommen sehr schön modern und sauber! Nahe am Bahnhof!
