The hotel front said the swimming pool is not available due to water quality. But it was not notified to me when booking. The main reason was the hotel has a swimming pool but i can't use it. The hotel said it was informed to Hotels.com earlier. I am very disappointed in this issue. When i booked a room, it must be informed to me. This is a big issue to me. I have all capture file for booking. Pls check and let me know why this happens.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. Nice enough rooms! Kitchen setup a plus for family’s. We had 2 rooms and they couldn’t manage to get us connecting rooms which is annoying. The pillows are absolute trash!
