Stayed at this location September 5th with friends for a concert downtown. We originally had a junior suite booked, and hadn’t arrived in the city until 7ish that evening. The concert was opening for 9pm. We were promptly checked in and given a complimentary upgrade to the king suite. Parking was quick and convenient! And because we were short on time we had room service ordered, again, quick delivery and the food was amazing. We will defiantly be back !! Also the security deposit being $50 and refunded at check out is amazing. Not like other places that charge $200 and sometime isn’t credited back for 5 days. Great stay and service :)

Walking by smokers outside the front entry is annoying. Woke up 7am by construction work being done on the building. Would have been nice to have been told this .The hotel in general is dirty and needs a good cleaning
